As an Executive Leadership Coach, my passion lies in helping current and aspiring leaders in higher education achieve their full potential. With over 20 years of experience running successful programs in higher education, I have honed my ability to cultivate relationships with people and connect them with the resources they need to succeed. I am skilled at helping leaders translate DEI concepts into practice. 

In my coaching practice, I work to co-create a learning space for growth and exploration that allows people to be vulnerable and take risks while feeling safe. I am deeply vested in my clients and am committed to helping them realize their full potential and achieve their goals. When I commit to a person, I am all in - that investment in my clients is sustained and long-term. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and full potential.

Outside of work and coaching, you will likely find me reading or writing poetry. I love traveling and have upcoming trips to Uganda and Senegal. Throughout the summer months, I love maintaining a flower garden. Since I grew up in Ann Arbor, I’m a big Michigan football fan.
