Justine Post is an Organizational Leadership and Professional Development Specialist in Michigan Engineering. In this role, she plans and facilitates professional development and leadership development opportunities for faculty and staff. Justine also offers coaching for individuals, groups, and teams in Engineering.

A Michigan alum, Justine earned her Ph.D. in English and Education in 2015 and has spent her career promoting growth in academic and corporate settings. Prior to joining the organizational development team, she was an Associate Professor of Rhetoric and Composition and Director of the Writing Center at Ohio Northern University. She also spent two years consulting and designing professional development experiences for clients across a range of industries. 

Justine is passionate about helping others recognize and lean into their strengths, align their values and actions, and prioritize their personal and professional well-being. Her goal as a coach is to help people make intentional, strategic choices that enable them to thrive.
