Our cohort-based programs are designed to develop leaders who embody our culture and drive our mission forward.
At Michigan Engineering, our culture is defined by leadership and excellence, creativity and innovation, and a deep commitment to community-building. We value collegiality, collaboration, transparency, and trustworthiness in all that we do. These values are reflected in our problem-solving mindset, our focus on coaching and continuous improvement, and the unique, collaborative spirit of North Campus. Together, we foster a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
Our leadership development is not a one-size-fits-all solution. It's a journey rooted in our organizational culture and values. We believe the most effective leaders are those who not only possess strong skills but also embody the principles that define who we are.
We build culture through leadership development programs, which are tailored and continuously updated to align with the goals and values of Michigan Engineering. These programs aim to foster positive leadership throughout the organization.
We have developed a suite of specialized, application based cohort programs. Each programs a 9-month journey with monthly meetings designed to meet the unique needs of different leadership groups within our organization.
