As a reminder, U-M provides a wide array of tools, services, and professionals to help you. Many are highlighted below for your reference.
New this year is a confidential online screening tool, which you can use to check in with yourself. Also new, you can now access Calm Health—a leading mindfulness app designed to support your well-being. This is covered for employees and dependents through Blue Cross Blue Shield/Blue Care Network (BCBS/BCN).
We encourage you to make time to focus on your own mental health while remaining mindful of the well-being of your colleagues and students. Thank you for your continued commitment to building a caring campus community.
